EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION has been extended to Monday, June 21st at $145 per student. We ask that you register and pay at least 1/2 of the fee by the Early Bird date, this will save you money and help us with preparations.  Any registrations received after June 14th will be regular price at $155 per student.  (Price at the door will be $180.00). The cost will be $40 per day, per student and adult if not staying the entire week. 

Adult's Registration Information (Ages 19 and up): Early Bird is $60 per adult (see registration form for details).  Please plan on registering as early as possible.  This will help us with preparations.  Once you are registered you will receive a packet with detailed info of what to expect and what is expected of you.  Ages 19 and up who want to attend as a student (with no volunteer responsibilities) will be expected to follow the student rules and pay the student price.

Cancellation and Transfer Fees:
Regardless of reason, cancellations and transfers cost United Christian Youth Department. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. In fairness to others, we cannot make exceptions.

  • 30 days or more before conference: 100% of the total cost is refundable
  • 14-30 days before conference: 100% of the total cost of the program will be forfeited but may be transferred to next year
  • 0-13 days before conference: 100% of the total cost of the program will be forfeited and money may not be transferred
